  • Owatonna

    Transit bus driver needed for full-time opening

    • Responsible for the transportation of employees, consumers, and the general public in a safe manner. Will coordinate daily transportation schedule and route to ensure efficient operation and will perform scheduled inspections to ensure safe and lawful operation of the bus. Will maintain vehicle logs and shipping manifests and ensure the vehicle is always clean.  Must have or obtain class C CDL with passenger endorsement. CVS will assist with training and cost. Days/hours will vary. Positions require above-average customer service skills, an acceptable driving record, valid vehicle insurance, a background and criminal record check, and a drug test.

    Residential Assistants are needed for full-time work with a variety of hours/shifts

    • Will assist developmentally disabled adults in a group home setting with daily living skills. Requires above-average people skills. HS diploma/GED and experience preferred. Requires valid MN driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Background checks are required for all positions.

    Direct Care Professionals needed for full and part-time shifts

    • assist adults with developmental disabilities, personal care, training in work skills, and transportation. HS diploma/GED and experience preferred. Requires valid MN driver’s license along with an acceptable driving record. Background check required. 

    Designated Employment Specialist

    • Responsible for the development of community job sites for consumers with disabilities.  Will maintain a caseload and be responsible for completing reports and documentation, and maintain strong working relationships with community employers. Bachelor's degree preferred along with similar one-year experience.

  • Austin

    Direct Care Professionals needed for full and part-time shifts

    • Will assist adults with developmental disabilities, personal care, training of work skills, and transportation. HS diploma/GED and experience preferred. Requires valid MN driver’s license along with an acceptable driving record. Background check required. 

    Designated Coordinator

    • Responsible for the development of individual service plans based on a thorough assessment of consumer interests and abilities; coordinating this plan with other staff and outside team members. Caseload is potentially comprised of Waiver and EE participants and may also include seniors. Will assure quality programming which meets DHS, DEED, and CARF requirements and other applicable regulations. Provides direction and support for direct care staff both in the facility and in the community. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services related field and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities; OR A.A. Degree in Human Services related field and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities; OR Diploma in Human Services related field from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities; OR Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; AND Four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities under the supervision of a staff person who meets one of the first three qualifications. Position requires good communication and people skills; ability to work independently and meet the physical demands of the job; and valid MN Driver’s license with good driving record.

    Driver

    • Responsibilities include operating the company truck to facilitate shipping and receiving operations, maintaining accurate daily records, and forklift operation. Requires prolonged periods of sitting and driving and the ability to perform heavy manual tasks – 40 pounds max, under varying weather conditions. HS diploma/GED, good driving record, DOT physical, and background check required.
